Tuesday High pressure continues to reside across central Europe maintaining
hot and dry conditions widely. Sunshine across Spain and Portugal.
Isolated afternoon showers for Corsica and Sardinia, also Sicily.
Odd showers forming inland over Italy and toward the French-Italian
Alps. Generally dry across Greece and Türkiye. Heat builds across
France, widely into the 30s and some spots nudging 40C in the southwest.
Less hot for Germany and Poland, into the mid 20s Celsius here. Plenty
of sunshine across the central parts of the continent. Local showers
for the Alps possible, but most places stay dry. More cloud toward
the north with some rain into the Baltic states. Odd showers for Romania.
Some heavier rain moves across Ukraine. Rain and drizzle for western
Norway, drier toward Sweden. A little light rain and drizzle for Denmark.
Some heavier rain into Finland and northern Sweden.
