Dry north Scattered showers will affect England, Wales, and southern
Ireland but will gradually clear in the afternoon, allowing for some
late sunshine. Further north, it will be mostly cloudy but largely
dry. Breezy conditions will persist, with temperatures reaching 7-8°C.
A mainly dry night, with just a few lingering showers over southern
England and scattered showers in far northern Scotland. Elsewhere,
skies will remain rather cloudy. Widespread frost is expected, with
temperatures falling to -2°C to -1°C away from coastal areas.
