Hot south while cooler and wetter conditions further north and northwest
Good morning, Rain affects many regions of Scotland and Northern
Ireland for much of the day, heaviest and most persistent rain fall
in western Scotland, patchier to the east. It will be rather breezy
too. Drizzly rain affects northwest England, a little drizzle on the
hills of west Wales. Largely dry for central, southern and eastern
England with broken cloud and sunny spells. Showery rain affecting
much of Scotland into northern England through the evening and overnight.
Heavy showers also affecting far western regions of Ireland and Northern
Ireland. Drizzle also affecting westrn regions of Wales. Elsewhere
will be dry with clear spells. Highs at 28 to 33C across central
and southern England, warmest southeast, 24 to 27C through Wales &
north England, 22C Northern Ireland, 16 to 22C Scotland. Have a great
