Sunny spells south A cloudy start across Scotland and northern England
with outbreaks of rain, while further south it will be mostly dry
despite plenty of cloud. During the afternoon, longer spells of rain
will spread across Ireland, while rain in the north turns lighter
and patchier. Central and southern England, along with Wales, will
brighten up with increasing sunny spells. Highs of 22C in the southeast,
but only 15C in the northwest. Scotland and Ireland will remain mostly
cloudy through the evening and overnight with some patchy light rain
at times. Elsewhere, a largely dry night with clearer spells developing.
Minimum temperatures of 15C in the southeast and 12C in the northwest.
