A frontal system coming in from the west brings rain, heaviest for
Wales and the southeast, becoming patchier as it reaches eastern England.
Spells of rain and drizzle for the northwest of England and western
Scotland. Drier and brighter to the east of the hills across northern
Britain. Rain for a time across Ireland will clear, but some drizzly
showers follow. Breezy, strongest in the west. Highs 13 to 18C.
