 Wednesday Low pressure is to the northeast on Wednesday while a weak ridge of high pressure is to the southwest. A band of rain affecting Scotland through the first part of the day while showers will develop over central and eastern parts of England. Cloud building over western areas through the day before a front brings rain into Ireland during the second half of the afternoon. Another chilly day at 11 to 13C in the north and west, 15 to 17C in the south and east though a few favoured spots may reach 19C.
