Tuesday 7/7/26 A hot day is on the way across much of the country for Tuesday. High pressure to the south with front clearing from northern Scotland. Cloud and outbreaks of rain affecting the north of Scotland. Whilst the rest of the British Isles are dry with the best of the sunshine in the south. Little changes into the afternoon with more sunshine in southern area and that rain affecting the far north of Scotland. Highs at 25C in southeast England, 14C in northwest Scotland, 25C in Ireland, 26C in eastern Wales and 27C in northeast England.
