Hot and sunny for most, cloudier northern Scotland Plenty of hot
sunshine around to start today across most of England, Wales and Ireland.
There is more cloud across northern Scotland and this is producing
some outbreaks of rain or drizzle in the north-west. Brighter in the
south with some sunny spells here. This afternoon stays fine and
dry with more sunshine through most of the country, and it will be
hot in the south as well. Still tied across northern parts of Scotland
and hear there will be some drizzle at times in the far north, feeling
cooler there as well. Temperatures may reach 34°C across southern
areas of England. Tonight stays dry with clear spells across most
areas. Always more cloud affecting the northern areas of Scotland,
perhaps across western Ireland. A few spots of rain in the far north
of Scotland as well although these tend to fade.
