Heavy rain in south. A windy day with bright spells and heavy, blustery showers, especially in the west. Southern and eastern England will experience a longer period of heavy rain. Maximum temperatures will reach 10°C in the north and 17°C in the south. Through the evening and night blustery showers will continue for the west and the northwest. The band of heavy rain in southeast will tend to clear overnight into Monday. Widespread gales with minimum temperatures at 8C in north and 10C in south.
